Company appointments and meeting volume requirements are difficult to achieve for stand-alone agencies, especially in smaller towns and less populated regions of the state. NO FRANCHISE FEES OR AGENCY BUY-INS
Many brokerages look to squeeze extra charges from their partner agents. They call these “franchise fees” or “association costs.” At TIC, there is no such charge or fee. We set you up and get you running as fast as possible with no additional monies due. There is a minimal monthly charge for errors and omissions insurance, your agency management system, and a comparative rater. These costs are shared equally amongst all affiliates within TIC, keeping the individual agent cost as low as possible
